On June 18th, 2016, at Vien Dong Hotel – HCMC, Dat Xanh Group (DXG) finished the series of “Management for Middle Managers 2016”. These courses provided management skills for 40 heads of department of DXG nationwide.
On 04th, 11th and 18th June, 2016, the program was carried out in association with Novaliches Training Center in order to equip leaders and managers with capacity in leadership, inspiring employees as well as planning, in order to meet the needs of high and stable growth in a challenging economy and competitive environment. Various teaching methods were integrated from theory, business simulation, case studies, groupwork, discussions and direct consulting workshop in order to yield the best results.
After the course, middle managers mastered methodical, professional and effective management skills. They were also proactive in making their business plans and human resources development, recognizing risks in corporate management, etc.

Therefore, it is necessary for our company to have skillful and qualified middle managers in a business environment and socio-economy which can be troublesome. Some entrepreneurs have had difficulties as they do not have good managers.” said Mr. Nguyen Truong Son, DXG Investment Director.
