On October 8^th - 9^th, 2016, Dat Xanh Group collaborated with the PTI Education Group to deploy special training session for senior leaders at Giang Dien Waterfall tourist zone (Trang Bom-Dong Nai) and Suoi Mo tourist zone (Tan Phu - Dong Nai). These are also 2 resorts in member companies system of the group.

With experience and knowledge, the experts have built application models of both theory and practice through the module of Morale Administration for senior leaders aiming at creating motivation for the staff, how to keep balance between life and work, how managers could receive feedback from staff naturally and resolve conflicts satisfactorily.

In particular, when participating in this training course, the senior managers had an opportunity to access as well as use resources and comprehensive practical tool namely "Mindset" exclusively for leaders and managers - to achieve one vision of Dat Xanh Group. Beside the training program of enhancing leadership capacity, senior Department managers of Dat Xanh participated in health promotion activities: getting up early for jogging, cycling around Giang Dien Waterfall tourist zone and Suoi Mo tourist zone.

Upon finishing the training course, participants understood and became more confident in operation, implementation, improvement in current management methods to enhance competitiveness.
